The Governor of Lagos State, Gov. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu felicitated with the trio of Lagos Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, Air Commodore Adeniran Ademuwagun, and Commodore Bashir Mohammed who have all gained promotion in their respective security agencies. He shared his congratulatory messages during the 15th Annual Town Hall Meeting on Security organized by the Lagos State Security Trust Fund. CP Hakeem Odumosu is now an Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG, Naval Commodore Bashir Mohammed is now a Rear Admiral while Air Commodore Ademuwagun is now Air Vice Marshal.

Praising the trio, the Governor said: ‘I want you to join me in acknowledging the fact that our Commissioner of Police who will be decorated as Assistant Inspector General of Police will take a bow. As an AIG, he will not be a CP anymore. He could have taken his valedictory speech here as the CP of Lagos in the Town Hall Meeting’.
