In its continuous support of all security agencies domiciled in Lagos, the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) has presented two vans to the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Lagos Command. During the handover ceremony, the Comptroller of the NIS Lagos Command, CIS Bauchi A Aliyu fsi, pcc+ expressed his gratitude to the Trust Fund. Other security hardware were also presented to Nigeria Immigration Service alongside other security agencies in the ceremony held on 10th August at the Government House, Alausa-Ikeja.

In a statement released to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP), the PRO of the NIS Lagos Command, CSI Jide Ogungbe emphasized: ‘The donation of these vehicles will certainly go a long way in enhancing the Command’s operational capacity and strengthen Lagos Command’s aggressive migration management drive to ensure that the State is effectively rid of irregular migrants.’

‘This is a reinforcement of the State Government’s commitment to improve the overall operational capacity of all security agencies in the state’, he added.
