The Kashim Shettima Media Support Group (KSMG) felicitates President-Elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 71st Birthday.

Indeed, it is inspiring to be among the teeming well-wishers from across the globe to celebrate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinunu as he attains the admirable age of 71, even as he prepares to take over the mantle of leadership as Nigeria’s 16th President, though at a time when Nigeria and the global economy are faced with new challenges. We believe strongly in Asiwaju Tinubu’s ability to assemble a team of erudite and cerebral individuals that will support his vision to deliver Nigeria from the shackles of poverty and also change the fortunes of the country for good, just as he has demonstrated the same in his previous engagements as the Governor of Lagos State and a Senior Staff member of Exxon Mobil.

Whilst praying to God Almighty for wisdom, courage, and good health to actualize all his campaign promises, the KSMSG implores all Nigerians, especially all aggrieved parties, to eschew bitterness and support the President and Vice President Elect to chart a way forward for the country.

The Kashim Shettima Media Support Group would like to appeal in particular to media practitioners to shun all divisive tendencies, negativity, and fake or unverified publications that may set the country on fire or incite one ethnic or religious group against another. KSMG, as a group of professional media experts, operates with the utmost professionalism in line with the code of ethics of media practice even while carrying out sensitive assignments of national interest, and as such admonishes media practitioners to follow suit in the interest of our country and future generations.
