Chief Solomon Aguene has been declared the President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos according to a recent court verdict.

In a recent press conference held on Thursday at the Lagos State Secretariat of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos at 19 Robertson Street, Surulere Lagos, Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene alongside Chairmen of Ohanaeze Ndigbo across the LCDAs addressed journalists on the critical subject matter.

Chief Aguene directed anyone who needs clarification to meet with the Igbo stakeholders present.

Also, he declared that anyone  ignoring the valid Court judgment by claiming to be duly elected President of Ohanaeze where there is subsisting Court judgment that declared Chief Aguene as Authentic President by the Lagos State High Court is doing so at his or her own risk.

Aguene said that the current leadership crisis is being handled by Chairmen of Ohanaeze Ndigbo across the LCDAs and directed anyone who needs clarification to meet with them.

Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos urged its members to be law-abiding and continue coexisting peacefully with their host communities with full support for Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene as President.

The meeting ended peacefully with a strong resolution by all attendees to pursue peace, unity and progress.
